ABBA Winter Board Meeting Agenda
As many of you are aware, the 2021 Winter Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled to take place this weekend in College Station, TX. Due to recent events and COVID restrictions, some changes have been made.
The health and safety of our directors and members is of the upmost importance to us and we are taking the proper measures to ensure that we can conduct business in a safe and efficient way. The executive committee has decided to NOT hold committee meetings in person, but instead only hold the Board of Directors Meeting in an Open-Air Facility at the Hildebrand Equine Complex on the Texas A&M University Campus on Saturday, January 23rd at 1PM. The facility will allow for ample space between members and face masks will be required at all times.
Committee Meetings will be held virtually via teleconference and GoTo Meeting. Please find the Board Meeting Agenda Here.
